“From start to finish this was an excellent experience. The booking was easy, just a bit of local Milton Keynes knowledge would have been appreciated, for things like the parking availability, where it is free, what you pay, directions to the building that you find Airkix in and where it is in the building i.e. next to the snow dome would make it a less stressful.”

“Somewhere to get hot or cold food would be ideal, possibly a small cafe or restaurant. After a 2 hour drive I would of liked to grab a quick snack before flying whilst watching others. An Airkix venue in the north east or Scotland would be ideal for customers further afar as Manchester is the closest to us and its still quite a lengthy journey.”

“After getting up at 7AM, not having time to get breakfast and facing a 2 hour drive ahead I wasn't in a good mood. Me and my partner arrived 30 minutes late which wasn't a problem for the girl on reception she explained we couldn't make our 12pm flight but we could make the 12.30pm flight, Great first impression. After waiting a short while watching the previous group we where greeted by our instructor named Arron. A friendly and professional instructor who made us feel at ease, top marks. We will definitely be returning some time soon!”

“I found the literature very infusing re the safety statement one letter said to complete beforehand which made me think I had to do it before I arrived the other said when you get there. I also think its confusing redeeming a virgin gift card for a voucher then booking. What can't you just Redeem the gift card straight to airkix?”

“For people with disabilities, it would be less stressful to have a bit of flexibility in timing i.e. arrival on site. It is sometimes very difficult for less able bodied people (me being one of these people) to be on site one whole hour before flying, especially if there is a long travel time involved, actually getting to your site. (unforseen traffic congestion, or unavoidable toilrt breaks , body stretching breaks along the way)!. I can only speak from personal experience, but this time when I booked my slot, the "chap" booking me in, refused to allow any movement on the '1hour before flying arrival rule' even though I explained any 'possible problem that could happen to delay me en-route(I don't live around the corner) and i went on to explain my type of disability and how that could cause a ten or fifteen min delay to arrival. He went on to inform me that my place would not be held under any circumstances even if i was 10 or 15 mins late,and I would lose my booking and money if I was not there one hour before hand, regardless,. This put added unnnecessary pressure on me. I have never had this reaction fom anyone else booking me in ever, quite the contrary, I have up until then found all other members of staff i have dealt with, understanding, helpful,kind and ready to assist in anyway possible to make my experience wonderful. I do appreciate however, that if one is too late a cut-off time needs to be implemented so as not to affect the smooth operation of allocated 'flying' group sessions. It may be helpful if some members of staff could be less exacting and slightly more flexible, especially if it is about a personal and sensitive matter to a disabled individual, and perhaps show a bit more of a caring attitude, rather than a negative one.”

“I am so very happy to find so many caring, kind, helpful, staff and instructors in one place, it makes the 'flying' experience from start to finish just totally amazing. It is a pleasure to return again and again. I will be booking regularly. I thoroughly enjoy the whole experience and it is not only the friendly staff that make you feel welcome, but the instructors are approachable ,friendly and professional too. It is a pleasure for me to find an activity where despite having a disability you are made to feel welcome and find, instructors willing to look for a way around any problems without turning anything into a drama.! .”

“Perhaps a bit longer in the tunnel.. Due to driving 70 miles there and 70 miles back I felt that two mins in the tunnel wasn't that long. But me and my partner had a great time and would def return and recommend it too all my friends and family. Thanks alot for this great expreience and now the big one hopefully be doing a charity sky dive next year too excited.”

“The group I flew with contained 13 people, which seemed too many for one session. We were told in the briefing to watch our first flight so we could improve on the next but unfortunately I did not see a monitor? The instructor made you feel very relaxed but I was 12th out of 13 to fly and I think he must of been quite tied as a number of people with not such great control/flexibility made him work really hard. I felt I had got to grips with the up and down flying and could have been challenged a bit more in my second flight but unfortunately wasn't. Friends who had previously been learn't what to do with their hands to move forward and backwards, never the less I still had an amazing time. Wasn't much room to see the instructor do all the flips and tricks at the end.”

“Just go for it. Experience the blast of free fall without the weather spoiling things. Also works well those adversed to flying or throwing themselves out of a perfectly servicable aircraft. Its the ultimate high flying down to earth experience !”

“I would go for a ten minute {2 X 5} session, twice a month, but as a pensioner {plenty of time, low on money} the cost is prohibitive. Perhaps, you have a slot filled {or almost},give me a call and I'd pay for 5 minutes at the end.{After all,the wind generator is already up to speed} It's a thought.”
