Airkix plc is a fully funded plc (Public Limited Company). We have under 100 shareholders, all of whom are private investors including about half who joined the Founder Member’s Club which was designed for skydivers wishing to invest between £1,000 and £5,000.

Our goal is to build a series of Vertical Wind Tunnels in the UK over the next few years and a number of sites have already been identified.

We may wish to raise new funds through a share issue to realise these ambitions.

Opportunities for new investors will therefore be through a new issue or by purchasing shares that come up for sale which is done through the company.
