Skydive Airkix
Many Airkix flyers come out of the tunnel and say "I reckon I could now do the real thing". Well now you can with the same Airkix quality and service.
Skydive Airkix
Along with a couple of other partners, we have taken the UK's oldest and most respected Drop Zone and brought it right up to date with an injection of Airkix systems, people, service, tuition & coaching and great skydiving experience.
We can make it a seamless transition between tunnel and drop zone as you enhance your freefall skills at either venue.
So, come skydive at Sibson Airfield just near Peterborough.
Your first jump
There are two basic ways to get into skydiving;
Tandem jump - similar to a dual control aeroplane flight where you are with an instructor but involved all the way.
AFF (accelerated Freefall) - an intensive course of a minimum of eight jumps from approximately 13,000 feet, that's about 5-6 minutes of freefall. Initially you will be between two instructors but you'll be in charge with them as a backup.
The difference between doing an AFF course at Airkix and other DZ's is that instead of a few minutes in freefall, we pre-train you in the Airkix wind tunnel ensuring you have all the skills before you even exit the plane. This proven method ensures much faster progression and big savings.

Coaching
We have a World Class line-up of instructors and coaches at Airkix and many of them are just as qualified as skydivers. Now you can work with many of them seamlessly between drop zone and tunnel.
