Please don't miss your flight. All our flights are manifested and we are not often able to accommodate late arrivals. Please ensure you are at Airkix at least 60 minutes before Flight Start Time.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

If you cancel or "no-show" your booking:

• Standard bookings with more than a 48-hour notice you may reschedule your flights.
• Standard bookings with less than a 48-hour notice you will not be able to reschedule flights.
• Bookings of one hour or more (of actual tunnel time) must give a minimum of 96 hours notice in order to reschedule.
• Bookings of five hours or more require five days notice for rescheduling.

In the event we do reschedule your time within a cancellation period, there will be an admin charge.

Late Arrivals

We urge you to treat a trip to Airkix as you would catching a flight. If you are late we are rarely able to reschedule your flights. This is because we run a manifest that is designed to accommodate a mixture of pre-booked, walk-up and repeat bookings.

We know this leads to disappointment which is why we urge you to arrive in plenty of time and make the most of the fabulous facilities in Milton Keynes and, in particular, Xscape. We promise you won't get bored.

Refund Policy

Airkix does not offer refunds for any reason.

However, if for some reason you know you are unable to take the flights, you can transfer vouchers for a small admin charge. Just call Airkix on 0845 331 6549.

if we cancel

Airkix reserves the right to cancel flights at short notice. You can be assured that this would only happen in the event of failure, unscheduled repairs, maintenance or anything outside of our control.

In the event that Airkix does cancel your booking, it will be rescheduled at the next available time to suit you within the terms of the type of booking (IE Anytime, Off-peak or a promotion).
