If you plan to visit Airkix regularly and are prepared to manage your own bookings online then the Super-User Account is for you. It's cheaper, easier and totally flexible.

- Super-User Accounts apply only to those that have flown at Airkix on at least one occasion in the last 3 months (pro-flyers), or to skydivers.
- Super-User Accounts have an unlimited validity.
- Once booked, tunnel time is fully transferable to other pro-flyers but the named account holder MUST be present.
- Re-sale of tunnel time or to facilitate coaching services is strictly prohibited.
- Tunnel time cannot be cancelled and credited back to your account nor is Airkix able to offer refunds for any reason.
- Cancellation and no-show policy for Super-User bookings:
- With less than 48 hours notice you may not reschedule your flights.
- For bookings of less than one hour on a single day you may reschedule your flights with more than 48 hours notice.
- For bookings of more than one hour on a single day you may reschedule your flights with more than 96 hours notice.
- In the event of Airkix rescheduling flights inside any of these time restraints there will be an admin charge.
- For all rescheduling issues contact Airkix on 01617 492192 or 01908 247773. The call centre or reception staff will be unable to assist in this matter.
- If first time flyers are included on any visit, an additional instruction fee of £10 applies to cover initial training. Contact us directly on either 01617 492192 or 01908 247773 to organise this.
- Airkix does not guarantee in-flight rotations.
- Super-User Accounts may not be used against or with any other promotion or offer.
- Super-User Accounts may not be used to pay for participation in an event specifically organised by Airkix, such as Scrambles or Flight Night.
- Rates may change at any time. In the event of a change, your existing rates will be honoured until your account balance is exhausted, a top-up or upgrade is performed or a 6 month period from the rate change date has elapsed, whichever comes sooner.
