Superuser accounts
If you plan to visit Airkix regularly we offer Superuser accounts, an easier and cheaper way to fly. Becoming an Airkix Superuser is both easy and heaped with benefits. The entire scheme is geared towards ease of booking, cost effective flight time and online management.

You are not restricted to buying only flight time. You can also buy gift vouchers for friends and loved ones with your account.
Account levels
We have 8 levels of Superuser account so there’s something to suit any budget. The higher the level of account you choose, the cheaper your tunnel time (per minute) becomes.

Account set-up
Before you set up your account, it’s recommended that you read the ‘Account Management’ section below, as well as the ‘Terms & Conditions’. Getting your Super User Account set up is as easy as 1, 2, 3
- Log-on to our system
- Select the type of account you wish to set up
- Follow the simple on-screen instructions and await your account confirmation details via email.
Account Management
When you set up your account, you will receive e-mail confirmation with your unique Voucher Reference Number (example 12345/1/321). This number is the key to your account, so you’ll need it every time you check your account status, make a purchase or book your time.
Booking tunnel time, making a purchase, using your account
- Visit www.airkix.com (ensure you have your Reference Number to hand)
- Click 'Redeem Vouchers'
- Enter your reference number and your account details and status will be displayed
- Hit ‘Enter’ to make a purchase and book time, simply follow the instructions thereafter.
Note: As a Superuser, you receive privileged rates (per minute) and these are not shown or published during the on-line booking process until you reach the ‘calendar display’ when your specific rates will be displayed as well as all availability.

Checking your account
- Visit www.airkix.com (ensure you have your Reference Number to hand)
- Click 'Redeem Vouchers'
- Enter your reference number and your account details and status will be displayed

Terms & Conditions
- Super User Accounts apply only to those that have flown at Airkix on at least one occasion in the last 3 months (pro-flyers), or to skydivers
- Once purchased, your time is fully transferable to others. For example, you are able to fly friends and family on your time but you MUST also be present
- If first time flyers are included in your visit, there will be an additional instructor fee of £10 per novice to cover initial training. You’ll need to contact us directly (0845 331 6549) to organise this and to notify us of the numbers involved (remember to have your reference number ready)
- It is up to you to organise flyers to rotate with you if needed. Whilst we will always try our best to space your time, we cannot guarantee to do so
- There is a maximum of 12 flyers in the staging area at one time. This may include up to four flyers of proven experience together in the flight chamber subject to Airkix Instructor approval
- To qualify for a Superuser account you must spend at least the ‘minimum spend’ specified in one single transaction (see table above)
- Top ups on your account are not facilitated so it is mandatory that you exhaust your account before opening a new one
- Full payment at the time of account set-up using debit or credit card is also required (credit cards incur a 3% surcharge) and this cannot be overridden under any circumstances.
- The balance of any account cannot be transferred to any other account
- Superuser accounts have a 9 month period of validity from date of opening
- Once the validity period has passed any remaining balance cannot be refunded or transferred under any circumstances
- All prices will be held during the validity period. You may book as little or as much time as you please (or make other purchases) during this period and your account will be deducted accordingly
- Our standard cancellation and no show policy applies.
- Should you need to reschedule your flights, you will need to contact Airkix directly on 01908 247772/3 within the time-scales specified at the link above
- Tunnel time cannot be cancelled and credited back to your account
- Airkix does not offer refunds for any reason
- Superuser Accounts may not be used against any other promotion or offer
- If using your Superuser Account to pay for a tunnel camp or any type of coaching session organised by Airkix, the advertised price will be applied, as opposed to any ‘special rates’ that you’re entitled to through the Superuser Account
